Development of Aqua Advanced Skincare’s newest branch on Victoria Square in Truro. Client took over the existing shop area former knowing as Early Learning Centre and turned it in to a luxurious shop and treatment center.
Gonwin Manor Lake
Back in 2007, Sharon and Michael from Gonwin Manor asked us to design a landscape plan containing a ‘lake’ on a bigger scale than normal, with the purpose of both entertaining future guests at Gonwin Manor Cottages and to have an area of private lakeside.

Laity Granary
In Spring 2011, Laity Granary opened as a 5*+ self catering holiday home. Back in 2010, Jenatha and Chris Brian asked Permisha to refurbish their lovely old barn conversion, which was originally developed in 1991. They had bought a new house and wanted to develop Laity Granary as a future holiday home.
