Call Caterlink – Anew warehouse building Bodmin

Permisha was the main contractor on Call Caterlink’s new warehouse in Bodmin. The existing main building which content office, production and warehouse facilities was enlarge with a 1000 square metre warehouse all linked to the existing building and with 2500 extra pallets spaces.

Aqua Advanced Skincare & Beauty, St Ives

In December 2011, Sharon Wodskou from Gonwin Manor asked PERMISHA to build a new building content a new spa treatment center on the same site as Gonwin Manor Cottages.

Aqua Advanced Skincare & Beauty is open to the public as well as guests staying at Gonwin Manor’s 5 star luxury holiday cottages.

Gonwin Manor Lake

Back in 2007, Sharon and Michael from Gonwin Manor asked us to design a landscape plan containing a ‘lake’ on a bigger scale than normal, with the purpose of both entertaining future guests at Gonwin Manor Cottages and to have an area of private lakeside.

Laity Granary

In Spring 2011, Laity Granary opened as a 5*+ self catering holiday home. Back in 2010, Jenatha and Chris Brian asked Permisha to refurbish their lovely old barn conversion, which was originally developed in 1991. They had bought a new house and wanted to develop Laity Granary as a future holiday home.
